TSOUNATI

Tsounati, is a local Cretan olive variety which develops quickly and gives us small to medium sized olives. Its requirements for good ground and proper care are well covered in the mountainous areas of Chania in which it grows. It can be found in altitudes as high as 1.000 meters above sea level and gives us as excellect oil, with a good fruitiness and mild bitter tastes.
